Holiday Cocktail Masterclass, Tuesday, November 30, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Aspiring bartenders will learn the art of cocktail making from Hotel Zena’s master mixologist, Jasmine Diaz.

Learn how to stir, shake, and muddle properly and develop an understanding of the perfect garnishes. Learn how to create three-holiday cocktails, then craft your own cocktail for a challenge round!

Our “Takes Two To Tango” cocktail will having you feeling the Figleaf beat. Carefully crafted with Tequila, Mezcal, Lime, Tamarind, and Jalapeno Simple Syrup, this delectable cocktail is paired with our Gambas al Ajillo – Sauteed Shrimp, Aleppo, Lemon, Garlic, Olive Oil, and Grilled Rustic Bread. Available Wednesday – Saturday at Figleaf, from 5 pm – 11 pm. $23 for the pairing.
