Special DC Cocktail Week happy hour!

Wednesday, Dec 1st from 6-8pm where we will be showcasing our cocktail and doing giveaways of both Commodore DC and Del Maguey VIDA mezcal merchandise.

Featured DC Cocktail Week Pairing:

The Commodore's Signature Paloma is a unique and delicious take on the classic cocktail -made with blend of Tequila Ocho and VIDA Mezcal that is fat-washed with olive oil to create an ultra smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Then add our house-made Tangerine and Madagascar Vanilla Bean syup, lemon juice, top it off with Fever Tree Ruby Red Grapefruit soda, and rim with Hawaiian black lava salt. Our paired food item is a nod to our Chef's El Salvadorian heritage with a dish called "Little Pueblo" - Smoked refried beans with chorizo, chicken fried plantain, mezcal crema, and cilantro.
