Cocktail week pairing

The Golden Hind features One Eight Distilling District Made Barrel Aged Gin, local apple brandy, local amaretto, and black walnut bitters. Paired with a piece of pan fried pork belly, rye crouton, apple honey and fermented jalapeños. $18 for the pairing, available during dinner service Wednesday - Sunday.

We are partnering with Roots for Life for cocktail week; for each pairing sold we will donate $1 to Roots for Life. Their work is centered in food insecure areas in Washington, D.C., and focuses on connecting individuals to locally grown fruits and vegetables.
