Our kitchen is inspired by the best Latin American culinary roots, brought to life through Chef Enrique Limardo's bold, contemporary approach. Welcome to the Nuthouse - inspired by the classic Vieux Carre and the warm, nutty aromas of fall and winter, we’ve created a rye and cognac cocktail with Frangelico, roasted chestnut syrup, black walnut and toasted almond bitters and lemon oil.

Chef Sarah has paired our cocktail with shrimp satay skewers, 4 pieces of grilled shrimp with chestnut crumble and tahini sauce.

Served at the bar and Lounge between 5 and 10 pm.
