Cocktail week pairing
For DC Cocktail Week we will be featuring a specialty cocktail made with Dogfish Head Roasted Peanut Vodka, port reduction Jack Rudy Grenadine, Amaretto and Egg white paired with our Foie Gras PB & J. Chef David’s take on an unconventional Foie Gras and berry combination, will be served on a piece of toast with a concord grape and port reduction, pomegranate seeds, sliced celery, and dehydrated peanut butter snow. The cocktail pairing literally mirrors the flavors of the Dish. $22 for the pairing per person.
